My approach is simple: I design a program that will work for you. The best way to design a fitness program is to focus not only on your goals, but also on the reality of your constraints. These constraints could be a number of different things:

  • You are short on time
  • You are intimidated by the whole concept of working out
  • You hate going to the gym and feeling like everybody is staring at you
  • You might even have a medical condition that limits you to certain routines

I focus on finding out your goals and your constraints upfront so that I can create a realistic program that will fit you.

Though my programs are unique to your situation, they all contain the same three principles:

Closed Doors

Every session has only two participants: you and The Fitness Doctor. You work out in the privacy of one of our locations or your home; and I focus on you alone. There is nobody else to look at you; nobody else to make you self-conscious; nobody else to hog the machines. Only you and me.

Consistency

There is no quick-fix approach to fitness - consistency is essential. To lose weight, lower blood pressure and meet your athletic goals, you must commit to a consistent training program. Because we know your constraints, we make sure that we are not setting you up for failure by designing a program that will be hard for you to keep up with.

Your body is unique and requires a customized approach to fitness. We will create a personalized training program that meets your specific fitness goals and physical abilities.
