Supna

Supna worked with me for one year and dropped from a size 18 to a size 4. She did not diet, but through healthy eating, supplementation and consistent exercise three days per week, she reached her goals. It is because of Supna that I can confidently say "anyone can do it if you are serious about change, have the right teacher, and eat healthy."
Chuck

Chuck had some serious back and knee injuries when we met but we were able to still press on towards our goals.
