That's actually most of our audience. You don't need to have tried everything to benefit from this. If you're over 50 and your body doesn't move the way it used to, this show was built for you. Whether you've been through multiple programs or you've never started one.

If you can click a link and see your screen, that's all you need. Most of our audience is in their 60s, 70s, and 80s. We keep it simple.

The Fitness Doctor Coaching Show is 60 minutes of real coaching. Robbie and Dr Trent teach actual concepts, walk you through self-tests you can do at home, and give you something useful before the show is even over. 

But then they stay overtime to answer your questions live. And for anyone who wants their specific situation looked at, they open up a few consultation spots at the end. It wouldn't serve you well to show you what's possible and not help you get there if you want it. 

The tests are gentle and can be done from a sitting or standing position. If you can lift your arms or lean forward, you can follow along. And even watching someone else do them teaches you something about how your body works.
