What do you think would be the risk factor of being in the bottom quartile for strength and aerobic condition versus the top?

“MULTIPLE LARGE” - studies, including the famous Cooper Clinic study with over 120,000 adults, show:

Combined low strength + low aerobic fitness has up to a 500 – 600% increased mortality risk

500 to 600 percent difference in your risk.

That means: You’d have 500 to 600 percent better health by being in the top quartile — the capability for all the things you want to do. That’s Quality of life!

The fitness and capability of your body has a larger impact on your quality of life and lifespan than any other factor  

And. . . You’d have over 500% percent less likelihood of dying - right now.
