How to get a better
body than everybody else

How could you personally have a better physique than everyone else? Is that something you would desire or what? If you could just flip a switch and have the best physique would you choose to have it? If all you had to do is flip a switch and you could have the best physique, why not, Right?

 

But there's a huge problem with all of this.

There's actually two huge problems to this. And one is it causes mental destruction.

Yes, mental destruction as it causes physical destruction. And this is how most people go after fitness. They're really focused on the way they look or the way their body's performing and often times in comparison to others.

 

It causes physical destruction by going after look and performance.

Guess What? Your body is not designed to just be developed based on look.

and it's also not designed to be developed just based on performance

So just because you're getting stronger, faster, whatever these physical attributes are doesn't mean  it's going to increase your health and oftentimes it begins to destroy people's health.

So how can you overcome that?

Why are we talking about how to have a better body than everyone else, but yet there's all these huge problems?

So where are we going to go with that and what is the big solution?

Are you ready to have the best body you've ever had in your entire life? Here's the solution.

 

First thing you do is start by stopping to compare and start to care about yourself! Respecting yourself and loving your own body.

It doesn't matter how much muscle you have or how low of body fat you have.

 

It'll never be enough if your measurement of success is outside of yourself.

So start to care, start to respect and love your own body and realize that this could come across really vain, right?

You should really love yourself but not in a vain way, in a way that you have

respect for yourself, that you have tremendous gratitude for yourself.

 

Start having a gratitude for the universal energy or God providing you this amazing, healthy body that you get to live in every day, that you get to take care of, and has all this awesome functionality better than any technology in the world!

 

And when you start to appreciate it like that and understand that you have infinite

inherent value, then you're able to rise above in your mind further than anybody with the

most amazing bodies and any magazine that you've ever looked at.

 

So that's the first step but it's not just something that you're going to just think and now you're going to have all these physical results.

 

No, if you do that, you're probably just going to become a couch potato that feels really good about yourself. And although that's mentally healthy, that's not physically healthy.

 

Physically you still need to improve your health, improve your condition to be the best physically.

What is the healthiest thing in the world for you to have an amazing body, the best body you can possibly have?

And that's really three things for the physical solution:


Proper Amount of Physical Stress

It's a stress placed on your body that your body adapts to come back with more energy, more strength, more capability, but exercise is stress.

So when I say stress, I really mean physical activity and exercise.


Proper Placement of Physical Stress

What is the proper placement of stress? For example, with thinking, hey, I want to improve my body is my butt as good as this other person is, is my chest as good as this other person's is my arms or whatever we're comparing.  

When we begin to do that, we begin to train or exercise differently. So you begin to work muscles based on, look, let's knock that off and let's start focusing on function.

So for example, in the upper body, it's much more important for your back muscles to be stronger than your chest and pushing muscles. 

You could be doing the most perfect form and have a great trainer and all these things, but if you're not doing the proper placement of stress, where that stress is being placed, what are you focusing on in your exercise, your mode to align your body, to align your core and your back, your ankle and all everything.


Proper Recovery

The most important thing physically also for you to do ofthe three is proper recovery.

So with proper recovery, you going to have to have the proper amount of sleep. If all you do is exercise you're going to completely weigh out you body.

And if you know someone who's getting away with that now they're probably very young and it's going to last for a very short period of time and then they're going to hit a wall.  

So you have to Recover!

You have to sleep properly, you have to eat properly enough, enough variety of protein, and a lots of produce to get all your nutrients in.  

And depending on how physically active you are, then you can add some healthy fats and carbohydrates and that's it!

Relaxing, loving yourself, having the right mental solution and the right physical solution.

You're going to become the best version of yourself to sum it all up.

 

And to share that message with you from this kid that had a lifelong journey of fitness and has worked with thousands of clients to develop, that's the biggest gifts I can share with you is don't compare, start to care about yourself.

 

And that's the reason why we have that throughout all the principles of the way we work with our clients.
