Do I Need Equipment?

Yes! We have a list of mandatory and optional equipment that you will use for your training sessions.

I have several limitations and aches. Will you be able to help me with that?

Our system is uniquely designed to cater to your fitness needs based on a therapeutic approach first.  

This includes helping you get through difficult musculoskeletal limitations and some health conditions.

If you have a health risk that is beyond our protocols we will find that out before your training sessions begin and refer you to a specialist that can help.

I'm over 60 and have some limitations. Do you have a plan for me?
‍

Absolutely!  Our training system is based on finding limitations and helping you get through those hurdles with therapeutic exercise of various forms. 

We also ensure that you have just the right amount of intensity to get results but staying within a healthful physical and mental comfort zone. 

Our philosophy is less is more.  First we find the perfect solutions for you that you get results from and enjoy then we slowly increase intensity within your feedback of comfort.

What if I want to train with my significant other? Can I bring him/her to my virtual session?

Of course, buddy training is a normal setting for our client's.  We welcome our clients to bring a family member, friend, co worker, etc. to their group training session.  

You can add a family member with full Fitness Doctor VIP Mastermind services for a special price.

How do I know that I'll achieve my results and not get hurt?

We take a therapeutic approach based on realigning and restoring your body to optimal health.  Our approach is safety first and results second.

You can send videos, photos, voice messages, text, anything you need to be cared for.

You can expect that your Fitness Doctor Practitioner will always respond to you within 24hrs or less.

What If I Miss My Session?

Our training system is design so that you will never miss a session. We even have limited time versions of our sessions in case you are in a time crunch and still want to get best results in the shortest amount of time.
